INSURANCE

  • It is a condition of registration that each participant is adequately covered by a proper insurance cover.  Please also check the contingencies of your prospective insurance cover and ensure that you are aware of its conditions and omissions.  We strongly advice travel insurance from the time of booking to provide full cover.

GUARANTEED OF RETREAT PROGRAM

  • All retreats are based on a group residential program. The term group is defined as having a minimum of 7 participants and a maximum of 30 attending.
  • Once CLE Consulting Australia confirms 7 registered participants it guarantees that the program will run, except in the event of two or more cancellations up to
  • In the event of only six participants or less booking for a retreat we are unable to offer a retreat and the retreat offering will be withdrawn.
  • In such instances we guarantee to advise all parties concerned to the retreat withdrawal at least 90 days prior to the scheduled retreat commencement.

PRICES

  • Prices are protected from currency surcharges, in that tuition costs are charged in Australian dollars and residential and other fees are paid in Euros.
  • All retreats have been costed on the basis of a minimum number of seven participants.  In the event of a reduction in the number of participants on any specific retreat or in the unlikely event of a price increase from suppliers or tax increases we reserve the right to cancel a retreat or to pass on this increased cost to our participants should they elect to continue the program at the modified fee.  This action will only be taken in careful consultation with retreat participants.  Wherever possible price increases will be absorbed by the program.

MOBILITY

  • Cultural destinations in our program may include medieval hilltop towns which may have some steep, uneven, cobbled stone streets or castles and attractions with steep staircases and no lifts.  Over the winter period you may be walking on ice or on snow which can be very slippery.  People with mobility difficulties are most welcome on our programs (and are catered for in our accommodations) but should consider the constraints describe above when booking.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

  • It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their valid passport and all visas required for their visit to France.

UNUSED SERVICES

  • No refund is given when pre-booked accommodation, meals or retreat inclusions are partially or wholly unused.

PROGRAM VARIATIONS

  • The success of the retreat program is in part due to our flexible programming, which allows us to respond to participant interests and local opportunities.  Some program variations should therefore be expected.
  • Unfortunately circumstances beyond our control will require amendments or modifications to the program.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS

  • Please advise us on registration of any special dietary requests.   We will liaise with our retreat chef and provide feedback to you on the capacity to cater for your dietary needs.
